Overview

The Fexible EasyFlex is a multi-process automotive panel stand designed to carry a panel through prep, paint and curing without transferring it between stands. It is intended for daily professional collision repair where panels must be handled repeatedly but safely.

Many body shops operate with several different stands for doors, fenders and small panels. The EasyFlex replaces that fragmented setup by allowing one stand to securely hold a wide range of panel types. The result is less handling, fewer mounting operations and a more controlled workflow.

Workflow Positioning

Within the Flexible Workflow System, the EasyFlex Pro functions as a central panel processing stand. Doors, fenders, hoods and other panels can remain mounted as they move through preparation, paint and curing stages, reducing repeated lifting and repositioning while maintaining stable access for technicians.

Flexible Small Parts Module System

The EasyFlex Pro integrates directly with the Flexible Small Parts Module System. Modules such as the Flexible SnapGrip Module, Flexible Double SnapGrip Module and Flexible Trim, Spoiler & Mirror Kit Module allow mirrors, trim pieces and other small components to be mounted directly on the stand.

This modular approach allows technicians to process both panels and smaller parts from a single workstation, improving workflow efficiency within the Flexible Workflow System.

Protected Turning and Adjustment While Spraying

The EasyFlex uses a fully protected turning and locking device. The moving mechanism is enclosed so paint cannot reach the working parts. This prevents paint build-up inside the mechanism and maintains smooth movement over long-term use.

Because of the special alloy plug system, the panel angle can be adjusted while spraying when the tension is set correctly. The painter does not need to put the spray gun down to reposition the panel. The panel can be moved during the paint process to maintain the correct spray angle and achieve consistent laydown.

Ergonomics and Working Position

The height adjustment thumbscrew is positioned high on the stand. Because it is easy to reach, painters tend to adjust working height frequently rather than adapting their body position to the panel.

This reduces bending, awkward reach positions and fatigue during long repair days, especially when processing multiple panels.

Movement Around the Workshop

The folding rear support provides three movement options:

• Push the stand normally across the floor
• Lift the rear support and walk with the stand without obstruction
• Fold the rear support completely and pass through a standard doorway, even with a hood mounted

Large rubber wheels allow the stand to move between prep area and spray booth without lifting the panel.

Storage and Space Saving

When not in use, the EasyFlex folds flat against a wall. This significantly reduces floor space usage in busy or smaller workshops.

Versatility

Extendable arms allow the stand to hold doors, fenders, hoods and many bumpers. The original extensions include oval mounting holes that accept Flexible trim and spoiler attachments directly.

The stand can also accept Flexible small-parts attachments, allowing it to function as a central workstation rather than a single-purpose tool.

Construction

The EasyFlex is Danish-engineered and manufactured from nickel-plated steel. The plated surface resists corrosion and reduces paint build-up on moving components, maintaining reliable function over years of daily use.
