All Shipping is provided by Fedex. Flexible CR and Fedex will notify customers of expected delivery times.

Any damage to packaging must be reported to FlexibleCR upon receipt of the items, and must be corroborated by UPS.
FlexibleCR can ship to customers anywhere in the world.
For bulk orders shipping will normally be free within Europe, the US and Canada.
Customers outside of the Europe, the US and Canada please contact us for details of shipping rates and import duties into your country.
FK Teknik APS guarantees a 2 year warranty on all of their products, and FlexibleCR will honor those terms in our transactions with you, the customer.
Any products that are damaged or have parts missing when they arrive with you, the customer, can be returned to FK Teknik Aps at no charge to you, and will be replaced as soon as possible.
If, for any reason, other than those stated above, you are dissatisfied with your products from FK Teknik you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase in the condition (including packaging) that you received it. You will have to cover the shipping charge in these cases, and once the products are received and condition is verified you will refunded your order fee.
FK Teknik expects that stands will be used as demonstrated and will not be used incorrectly, or for purposes that do not fit the design of the product in question.
If the product is faulty and a replacment part is not able to be sent to you then we are happy to process any refunds as follows.
Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery to get a full refund.
Products returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% reduction in refund.
Products returned after 90 days will be ineligible for a refund.
Packaging
All returned Flexible Products must be repackaged in their original packaging in the condition they were received. This includes each individual product component.If the packaging was damaged when you received it you must provide evidence of that damage, and the evidence must be corroborated by our logistics provider at the point of delivery.
All product components must be returned in the condition they were in when you received them.
To accomplish this we recommend that the entire unit, including handles, wheels, knobs etc are taped up before you begin use. Then, if you choose to return the unit you can simply remove the tape, break the unit down to it’s component parts and repackage it.
If Flexible Collision Repair receives any returned products that do not meet the criteria above the costs incurred by Flexible Collision Repair to restore the returned product to “like new working condition” will be deducted from your refund.
