Overview

The Flexible MultiFlex is a dedicated multi-process bumper stand designed to carry a bumper through preparation, painting and curing without transferring it between supports.

Modern bumpers are flexible and irregularly shaped. When unsupported, they shift during sanding, distort during curing and are difficult to paint at the correct angle. The MultiFlex is engineered to hold the bumper in its natural neutral position so the repair can be completed safely and consistently.

Secure Mounting

The stand provides five different securing options and additional adjustable arms. This allows both small and large bumpers, including wrap-around designs, to be locked securely without improvised setups.

Because the bumper is properly supported, it does not jiggle during sanding and does not need to be balanced or held while painting.

Positioning and Paint Access

The MultiFlex allows multi-axis tilt adjustment as well as full rotation. The technician can move the bumper to the correct ergonomic working position and to the correct spraying angle.

This is especially important when repairing corners, edges or lower scuff areas where normal stands force the painter into awkward reach positions or poor spray angles.

Curing Stability

If a bumper is held incorrectly during baking, it can distort as temperature rises. The MultiFlex supports the bumper evenly so it remains in its natural shape during the curing cycle.

This prevents warping and avoids costly repainting or rework.

Workflow Efficiency

The stand moves directly between prep, booth and bake areas on large rubber wheels. The bumper stays mounted throughout the entire process, eliminating repeated handling.

This reduces damage risk, saves labour time and allows batching multiple bumpers in the booth.

Base Options and Storage

The MultiFlex is available with either a fixed base or folding base.

Construction

The MultiFlex is Danish-engineered and manufactured from nickel-plated steel. The plated surface resists corrosion and prevents paint build-up from affecting movement over long-term professional use.
